Kim obtained his Colorado license in 1988 and is a partner in the Fort Collins office. Initially focusing on insurance defense, since 1992 his practice has been devoted to workers’ compensation defense. Kim is a Fellow in the College of Workers’ Compensation and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the National Workers’ Compensation Defense Network. He has had the honor of speaking at conferences and seminars focusing on workers’ compensation issues in Colorado, Arizona, California, Illinois and Minnesota. Kim takes great pride presenting in-house training for clients. He is committed to a strong, client-centered approach in his daily practice; he is readily accessible to clients for personalized assistance.

Kim obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska and graduated from South Texas College of Law. Kim serves clients out of the Fort Collins office.
