Michie Kuhlman

Michie joined Ritsema Law’s Colorado workers’ compensation defense practice in April 2026. Before transitioning to defense work, she represented plaintiffs in personal injury matters, bringing valuable perspective to her current practice. She is licensed to practice law in Colorado and is based in the firm’s Fort Collins office.

Prior to attending law school, Michie spent six years working in the health and wellness industry. Outside of her legal practice, she continues to pursue her love of fitness and competition. She is also a proud mother of two young boys and cherishes raising them alongside her husband.
