About

Keith joined Ritsema Law as attorney focusing on workers’ compensation defense in June of 2017, having previously practiced workers’ compensation and general litigation defense since 2012. Keith has represented clients of all sizes in both Utah and Colorado, including large trucking companies, retailers with tens of thousands of workers, and small businesses with only a handful of employees. Keith started the Utah Quarterly Case Law Review webinar series and also provides training for Utah and Colorado on request.

Keith graduated cum laude with distinction from Duke University in 2009 with a double major in political science and history. He then went to law school at Wake Forest University Law School where he graduated in 2012. He met his wife, Paige Orgel, in law school, and convinced her to come back to his hometown in Colorado where they now both practice. Keith enjoys golf, skiing, fly fishing and tennis in his spare time, along with taking care of his two young children.
