Paul joined the firm in 2004 and became a partner in 2009. Currently, he is Managing Partner. Paul represents a variety of industries in workers’ compensation matters, including public entities, hospitality, manufacturing, and large self-insured employers. He works closely with the client to develop a team-oriented approach to resolving complex issues efficiently and cost-effectively.
Paul enjoys a strong reputation with the workers’ compensation community, presenting at Colorado Bar Association events and participating in workers’ compensation rules hearing at the Division of Workers’ Compensation. He has been recognized numerous times by U.S. News Best Lawyers, Super Lawyers, Top Denver Attorneys, and the Professionals of Workers’ Compensation.
