About

Andrew joined Ritsema Law in 1994 and is a partner in the firm’s Fort Collins office. He practices exclusively in the area of workers’ compensation defense and has a statewide practice.

Andrew represents a number of self-insured employers in the Northern Colorado area, including several large hospitals and health care facilities. In relation to his representation of the State of Colorado and Colorado State University, Andrew holds the designation of Special Assistant Attorney General. Mr. Bantham received his B.A. from Hamilton College and is a 1992 graduate of the University of Denver College of Law. He was named Outstanding Colorado Respondent Attorney of the Year by The Professionals in Workers’ Compensation in 2007.
