Danielle S. Vukonich

Danielle joined Ritsema Law in 2019. She brings with her several years of experience on the defense side of workers’ compensation practice, including general contractor-subcontractor-independent contractor issues. She also has experience working as a claimant’s attorney.

Her current practice focuses on insurance defense of workers’ compensation carriers/third-party administrators and self-insured employers. Danielle also practices appellate work and has presented oral arguments before the Arizona Court of Appeals. Her exclusive work experience in workers’ compensation enables her to assist clients with finding the best resolution at any stage of a claim. Danielle grew up in Montana and enjoys spending time there with her family.
