About
A fifth-generation Colorado native, David joined Ritsema Law in 2015. His practice focuses on defense of insurance carriers and self-insured employers in workers’ compensation claims. Prior to joining Ritsema Law, David clerked for the Honorable Michael H. Berger on the Colorado Court of Appeals.
David is committed to providing each client the “small firm experience” through personalized attention in every case, a thorough analysis of the facts and law, and effective and creative solutions for each situation.
