Luke Stauffer

Luke joined Ritsema Law in 2026. His practice area focus is in workers’ compensation defense and general liability representing a diverse variety of clients. Luke previously worked as an attorney in Iowa on workers compensation and general liability claims. During Covid he returned to Colorado to run his family’s small

construction business and transitioned back into the legal field in 2026.

Luke is a Colorado native who loves being outdoors, doing carpentry, and cheering on Colorado sports teams.
