About

Molly joined Ritsema Law in 2023 and focuses her practice on workers’ compensation defense in Arizona.  Molly has extensive experience representing insurance carriers and also has experience representing injured workers.  Molly has been practicing in the workers’ compensation realm since 2014 and uses her experience to effectively represent carriers at the Industrial Commission.  Additionally, Molly has represented carriers in mediation and settlement conferences with successful outcomes.

 

Molly Ocampo attended the University of Colorado, Boulder, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a minor in Marketing in 2009. She then went on to attend the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where she graduated with her Juris Doctorate in 2012. While in law school, Molly represented victims of domestic abuse in various matters as a student attorney in the Ruth V. McGregor Family Protection Clinic. Molly also served on the board of the Chicano/Latino Law Students’ Association and served as an extern to the Honorable Diane Johnsen at the Arizona Court of Appeals.

 

After law school, Molly began her legal career at the Arizona Attorney General’s Office in the Protective Services Section.  Molly was a trial attorney and represented the Arizona Department of Child Safety in Maricopa County Juvenile Court.  Molly gained extensive trial and litigation experience in that role.
