Paul D. Feld

Paul is a Denver native and has practiced personal injury and workers’ compensation law in Colorado for 39 years with the last 31 years exclusively on the defense side. Along the way, Paul has developed a specialized knowledge in the complex area of workers’ compensation subrogation where he combines his District Court Trial experience with his long years of experience as a workers’ compensation defense attorney. Paul’s philosophy on successful litigation is to be extremely prepared to litigate but with an eye towards reasonable and efficient resolution of his clients’ cases while maintaining a reputation for professionalism, responsiveness and integrity with his clients, his adversaries and the Courts.

Paul believes in being involved with the legal community in which he practices and currently serves as the Professional Member on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Self Insurers Association (CSIA) as well as serving on its Legislative Committee. Paul is also a member of the Division of Workers’ Compensation “Director’s Roundtable,” a working group involving claimant’s attorneys, respondent’s attorneys, and the Director of the DOWC, Pre-hearing Judges and Division staff.
