Rachel Brozina

Rachel joined the Ritsema Law in 2024, after managing her workers’ compensation defense firm (formerly Norton & Brozina, P.C.) for over ten years. She is a certified Workers’ Compensation Specialist by the State Bar of Arizona Board of Legal Specialization. Rachel has represented insurance carriers, their third-party administrators, and employers in workers’ compensation matters in Arizona since 2009. The clients she serves are in a variety of industries, including health care, retail, restaurants, construction, hospitality, mining, municipalities, counties, and education.

Rachel provides training on a regular basis for her clients and remains involved the Arizona workers’ compensation community by speaking at seminars, serving on the State Bar of Arizona Board of Legal Specialization Committee for workers’ compensation to evaluate other lawyers who apply to become certified workers’ compensation specialists, serving the Arizona Workers’ Compensation Claims Association, and serving as a Board member and current President of Kids’ Chance of Arizona.
